About Selah

Selah is a devotional and reflection app. It is for spiritual wellness and personal reflection — not medical, mental health, or crisis care. If you are in distress, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Who can use Selah

You must be at least 13 years old to use Selah. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Selah on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Selah, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, scrape or bulk-download content, or use the app in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.

Our content

Devotionals, affirmations, scripture references, prayers, audio, and other materials in Selah are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Your license does not give you ownership of any of this content.

Subscriptions

Selah is free to download. If we offer optional paid features or a Selah+ subscription in the future, purchases will be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under those platforms’ terms. We do not store your payment card details.

App stores and third parties

Your use of Selah through the App Store or Google Play is also subject to those platforms’ terms and policies. Third-party services we use to operate Selah (such as analytics, hosting, and contact forms) are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

Selah is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any content will meet your needs or that the app will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selah and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or interruption of use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Selah if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Selah at any time by uninstalling the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Selah after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be brought in the federal or state courts located in the United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
